About these photos

Most of the photos were taken in Bonaire, NA. The people on the island are wonderful and friendly, the weather is warm and sunny and the diving is always spectacular.

My wife Cheri and I shoot Nikon cameras. Cheri has the RS  and I shoot a Nikonos V, each with a 105 strobe. The vast majority of film has been either Fuji Provia or Velvia, we feel Fuji gives us a little bit richer colors for underwater photographs.

Oct 2002 - I just spoke to a sales person at a local camera store and was told Nikon is discontinuing the Nikonos camera. It appears that sales are low and I suspect that more people are starting to use digital cameras in housings. I contacted Nikon and was told pretty much the same story.
